Synthetic example: from a requirement to a next step

This is a hand-written fictional example, not a real resume, a model run, or a hiring outcome.

Requirement
Organize user feedback; SQL is a plus.
Resume evidence
Used Excel to organize and categorize survey feedback for a campus reading program.
Gap
Feedback-handling evidence exists; no SQL project evidence was provided.
Suggested action
Describe the real categorization method and how it was used. Add SQL only if a genuine project exists; do not rewrite Excel work as SQL.

FAQ

When should I use Resume Match?

Use it against one specific job posting to see which requirements your resume already evidences and which need clearer material before you apply.

Will it invent achievements or predict hiring outcomes?

No. It gives no ATS score or offer guarantee. Rewrites may only quote your own text and cannot add employers, degrees, skills, titles, metrics, or numbers.

Do I need to upload a file or leave personal details?

No upload needed—paste de-identified text. The site does not store your full input or the analysis body; results show once, are not kept in history, and cannot be shared publicly.

Why remove my name, phone, and email first?

Your input is sent to the model for this analysis. The server redacts emails, phone numbers, and ID numbers on a best-effort basis, but names and addresses are yours to remove.

Which languages are supported?

The tool currently serves Chinese job applications; analysis and rewrites are output in Chinese, including from the English entry point.
